Job Description
We are hiring Tele Sales Associates to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and generate sales through outbound calling.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer queries.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Generate leads and support the sales process.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates are preferred.
- 6 months to 8 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, counselling, or customer service.
- Freshers may be considered based on relevant skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Male and female candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–32 years.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand per month
- Performance-based incentives as applicable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
