We are hiring for Senior Barcoding Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end barcoding process for jewelry products, ensuring accurate product identification, inventory tracking, and compliance with company standards. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, merchandising, and inventory teams to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, print, and apply barcode labels for gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
- Ensure accurate product master data, including SKU, design code, weight, purity, size, stone details, and pricing information.
- Verify barcode accuracy before products are dispatched to stores or customers.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, merchandising, quality control, and warehouse teams for timely barcode generation.
- Monitor and maintain barcode printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure barcode accuracy and inventory reconciliation.
- Resolve barcode-related discrepancies and update records in the ERP/POS system.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to barcode generation, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation.
- Train and guide junior barcoding staff on processes, standards, and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory control procedures, and quality standards.
