We are seeking an experienced and visionary CBSE School Director to lead the school's academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of CBSE regulations, and a proven track record in school management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academic and administrative functions of the school.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and policies.
- Drive school growth, admissions, and quality improvement.
- Mentor Principals, Coordinators, and teaching staff.
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, recruitment, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in CBSE schools, including senior leadership roles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of CBSE affiliation, curriculum, and compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
