Circle is a boutique 10-room hotel in Anjuna with a natural pool, padel court, a small bar, and a clean, ingredient-focused F&B program. We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can run a calm, organised bar built on fresh juices, interesting coffees, smoothies, and house-made syrups.
Role: Bartender/Senior FnB Associate
Location: Anjuna, North Goa
Compensation: Competitive salary + accommodation and staff meals provided
What the role involves:
– Preparing and serving cocktails built on fresh juices, infusions, and house syrups
– Making fresh smoothies, cold coffees, and specialty drinks consistently
– Managing mise-en-place: daily juicing, syrup batches, garnish prep
– Maintaining bar cleanliness, stock levels, and daily checklists
– Interacting with guests in a warm, professional manner
– Supporting menu development and seasonal specials
– Coordinating with the kitchen and FO for smooth service
What we need:
– 1–2+ years’ bar experience in hotels, restaurants, or quality cafés
– Strong foundation in classic cocktails and ingredient prep
– Ability to work cleanly, follow systems, and control wastage
– Comfortable with both high-volume days and quiet, steady service
– Reliable, disciplined, and able to run a bar solo when required
– Goa-based or willing to relocate
