About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our school team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Hindi lessons, developing students' language skills, and fostering a love for reading, writing, speaking, and literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records, notebooks, and assessment documentation.
- Encourage active participation and communication in Hindi.
- Integrate storytelling, poetry, drama, and creative writing activities.
- Support students with varying learning needs.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, parent meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Knowledge of CBSE/Cambridge curriculum is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-centered lessons.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Passion for language teaching and student development.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Experience teaching primary, middle, or secondary grades.
