Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Retail Store Manager
- Experience in the Footwear, Apparel, or any Retail Industry is mandatory
Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth store operations
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with POS/Billing software
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
