We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bidder to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in proposal writing, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other marketplaces.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, persuasive proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to estimate project scope and pricing.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in bidding or business development for digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Development.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹115.30 - ₹15,000.00 per month
