- Conduct training sessions on Amadeus GDS for domestic and international travel operations.
- Train agents on PNR creation, ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation, refunds, and queue management.
- Provide guidance on fare rules, baggage policies, and airline procedures.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and process updates.
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic ticketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and mentor teams effectively.
- Experience in customer service and travel operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Galileo or Sabre will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
