We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to support our advocates in property-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong document review skills, proficiency in Telugu and English typing, and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist advocates in property title verification and legal due diligence processes.
- Scrutinize and review property documents, title deeds, agreements, encumbrance certificates, and related records.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal files and documentation.
- Draft, type, and format legal documents, correspondence, notices, and reports in Telugu and English.
- Attend to clients, collect required information and documents, and maintain client records.
- Coordinate with advocates regarding case files, documentation, and client matters.
- Conduct basic legal research and assist in case preparation when required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management of all legal documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or relevant qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of property documentation and title verification processes.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English typing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in property law matters and document scrutiny.
- Familiarity with registration records, revenue records, and land-related documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Office and legal documentation software.
- Professional attitude and client-handling skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-Time, On-Site Position.
- Office-based role with regular interaction with advocates and clients.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
