Manual Tester – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing of D365 F&O applications and a solid understanding of business processes and software testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scenarios for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, End-to-End, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Validate business requirements and ensure complete test coverage across D365 F&O modules.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and project stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and testing documentation.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, STLC, and best testing practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Testing.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other test management/defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of D365 Finance & Operations business processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
