Freelance Product Manager – SaaS / Web / Mobile / ERP

Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to plan, structure and manage SaaS products, web applications, mobile apps and ERP/business software from requirements through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them into clear product requirements.
- Define product features, user journeys, workflows and priorities.
- Prepare product roadmaps, feature lists and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers and QA teams.
- Review product designs and development against approved requirements.
- Identify gaps, duplicate features, usability issues and process improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support testing, product validation and release readiness.
- Communicate progress, risks and priorities clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS and business application products.
- Experience with web applications, mobile apps and/or ERP systems.
- Requirements gathering and product documentation.
- User stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with a remote technical team.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, software development and QA processes.
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of relevant Product Management experience preferred.
Strong product portfolio or demonstrable project experience can be considered in place of formal qualification.

Language
Good spoken and written English. Knowledge of at least one Indian regional language is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience with ERP, HRMS, CRM, fintech, business automation, compliance-sensitive or other enterprise SaaS products is an advantage.

Engagement: Freelance / Project-Based
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, capability and project scope.
Pay: ₹779,452.03 - ₹2,299,208.65 per year
