Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled French Language Trainer cum Admission Counsellor who can deliver high-quality French language training while also guiding and counselling students regarding course admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the French language, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities:French Language Training:
- Conduct French language classes for A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels.
- Prepare students for international French exams such as DELF, TEF, and TCF.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and speaking activities.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions.
- Help students improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Admission Counselling:
- Handle student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding French language courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course structure, duration, certification, and fees.
- Convert leads into admissions and maintain follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team.
- Maintain student database and admission reports.
Skills Required:
- Excellent command of French language.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Confident personality with presentation skills.
- Knowledge of DELF/TEF/TCF exams preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to handle admissions and student queries professionally.
Qualification:
- Certification in French Language (B1/B2 or above preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior teaching or counselling experience will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in teaching or counselling.
