Job Description: The individual will act as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, translating business objectives into scalable measurement, attribution, and optimization solutions using various analytics and CDP ecosystem.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
1. Measurement Practice & Delivery Ownership
- Own and lead the Measurement & Attribution Pod (analytics engineers, data architects, and consultants).
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of analytics, attribution, and insights initiatives.
- Define operating model, governance, and best practices for measurement solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and performance across platforms.
Manage prioritization, resourcing, risks, and dependencies across analytics programs.

2. Consulting & Advisory Leadership
- Act as Measurement & Insights Advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead discovery workshops for KPI definition, measurement strategy, and attribution models.
- Provide strategic guidance on:
- Enterprise measurement frameworks
- Omnichannel attribution and incrementality
- Customer journey analytics (B2C & B2B)
- Product analytics and experimentation
- Marketing mix modeling and ROI measurement
Translate business strategies into analytics and data platform roadmaps.

3. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Data, and IT stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of accountability for analytics and attribution initiatives.
- Influence decision-making at senior and executive levels.
- Build long-term advisory relationships with customers.
Drive adoption and expansion of measurement capabilities across accounts.

4. Growth & Measurement Footprint Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand the measurement and attribution footprint across business units and channels.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell of Analytics and CDP products.
- Build reusable frameworks, data models, and accelerators for insights delivery.
- Support pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs with analytics and attribution strategies.
Sponsor innovation using advanced attribution, AI/ML-driven insights, and optimization tools.

5. Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define and govern solution architecture across Analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics(AEP), Content Analytics, Mix Modeler, Product Analytics, Real-Time CDP (B2C & B2B) or other Analytics solutions
- Ensure best practices in:
- Data ingestion and identity resolution
- Event modeling and XDM schemas
- Attribution and journey stitching
- KPI frameworks and reporting design
Data governance, privacy, and compliance

6. Integration & Ecosystem Enablement
- Integrate analytics and CDP platforms with:
- Marketing platforms(such as AJO, Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Braze, Marketo,etc).
- Personalization platforms
- Content & Commerce platforms
- CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Data warehouses and BI tools
- Enable personalization, experimentation, and closed-loop measurement.
