We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Trainee Bartender who is eager to build a career in the hospitality industry. The candidate will assist senior bartenders in beverage preparation, bar operations, guest service, and maintaining hygiene standards while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of bar supplies and garnishes.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Learn beverage preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Support senior team members during busy service hours.
- Ensure glassware, bar tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
- Assist in setting up and closing bar operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement when required.
- Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards.
Profile Requirements(What is the employer looking for?)
- Hotel Management graduate/diploma holder or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, or bar operations.
- Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and guest service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
