Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
- Drive platform governance, security, and development best practices.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, and SSO.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Mentor team members and stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and features.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow development/architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Pay: ₹908,663.33 - ₹2,451,412.81 per year
