Education : D. M. E. , Mechanical Draughtsman, SolidWorks trained.
Experience : 7 years as AutoCAD Draughtsman for Industrial Products in Power electronics, Air cooled & Oil cooled Transformer rectifiers , Control panels for rectifiers , Inverters, Subassemblies of these products such as Heatsinks, copper busbars, cabling layouts etc.
General responsibilities :
1. Fluency and expertise of AutoCAD 2D & 3D view, Fluency in Solid works drafting tools.
2. Make ergonomically, cost competitive, neat designs.
3. Responsible for design & handling engineering Projects from scratch to final product, with timely
completion.
4. Knowledge of IP standards along with testing, design for Manufacturability, basic concepts of
Mechanical engineering, air flow design in the cabinet, is Must.
5. Knowledge of cooling system Air/Water based,Valves,Fans,Tubing
6. Must have completed Regular engineering Projects independently & successfully.
7. Knowledge & experience of using various materials for manufacturing fabricated parts, similarly
various fabrication processes with its tolerances and practical experience is must
8. Good English writing / speaking skill.
9. Can drive & take responsibility of his juniors.
10. Knowledge And Layout of Power & control components (AC to DC & DC to DC) in panel.
11. Optimized busbar layout across containerized solution.
Specific requirements
Industry background : Experienced from any Power electronics equipment manufacturing industry.
Product Experience in design of Transformer , Rectifiers, Battery chargers, Solar Inverters , High
frequency medium Power UPS, Inverters,.
Computer proficiency : Must possess knowledge of Simulation software’s like AutoCAD, SolidWorks,
MS office, etc.
Working Parameters : Through knowledge of CAD drawings, Should be able to deliver projects
independently. Accuracy and clarity in making drawing is most necessary.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
