We are looking for Telecalling / Telesales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain hearing aid services and products.
- Schedule appointments for consultations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings/sales.
- Handle customer inquiries over phone.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1+ year experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Front Desk.
- Fluent in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹12,814.61 - ₹18,139.56 per month
