About the Role
The Senior Integration Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of integrations and extensions within the EARTH ecosystem, covering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM, satellite applications, middleware, reporting, and BI tools.
Based in Bangalore and reporting to the Integration Leader, the role contributes to the design, implementation, testing, documentation, and run support of robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, and related data services.
Working closely with the Integration Leader, Solution Architect, functional experts, L2/L3 support teams, and external partners, the Senior Integration Developer supports the full Build-to-Run lifecycle and contributes to the stabilization, industrialization, and long-term internalization of Oracle / EARTH Run and Build capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration Development and Maintenance
-
Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, VBCS, and related Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Implement and maintain CEMLI components, including extensions, interfaces, conversions, reports, and data extracts.

Design reusable, secure, scalable, and high-performing integration flows aligned with architecture principles and integration standards. Reports, Extracts and Data Services

Develop and maintain reports, extracts, and analytics components using BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, SQL, PL/SQL, and related reporting tools.

Support data transformation, mapping, reconciliation, traceability, and quality control across interfaces and connected applications.

Contribute to the reliability and maintainability of data flows across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM and the broader EARTH ecosystem. Incident Investigation and Run Support

Investigate incidents related to interfaces, data flows, reports, integrations, technical extensions, and middleware components.

Identify root causes, propose corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to the reduction of recurring incidents.

Ensure that developments are supportable, documented, monitored, and aligned with Build-to-Run expectations before production deployment.
Technical Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

Create and maintain clear technical documentation, interface specifications, runbooks, and knowledge base content.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding, and shift-left practices within the integration team and Run organization.

Support the progressive internalization of Oracle / EARTH technical capabilities within the Bangalore competence center. Continuous Improvement and AI-Enabled Practices

Operate as part of the global Oracle / EARTH competence center while supporting international delivery and support priorities.

Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate technical analysis, improve development quality, support code or configuration review, and automate repetitive activities.

Contribute to improved monitoring, alerting, operational control, and continuous improvement loops across integration and reporting activities.

Promote industrialized, reusable, and maintainable development practices aligned with integration standards. Collaboration and Governance

Collaborate with the Integration Leader, Solution Architect, Business Analysts, functional experts, Run teams, project teams, data teams, and external partners.

Provide clear status updates on development progress, technical risks, incidents, dependencies, and improvement actions.
What do we need from you
Qualification and Preferred Background
-
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: at least 7 years in Oracle integration development, middleware, application delivery, or enterprise application support.
-
Languages: professional English required for daily interaction with global teams; French is a plus in the Egis global context.
-
Preferred background: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, SQL, PL/SQL, interface monitoring, and ITIL-based support processes.
Preferred certifications:

Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, cloud integration, API management, ITIL v3/v4, or equivalent professional certifications.

At least 7 years of experience in Oracle technical development, integration development, and Oracle application support in an international environment.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations across Finance, Procurement, PPM, HCM, and connected satellite applications.

Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations, reports, extracts, APIs, middleware flows, and technical extensions.

Experience in Build-to-Run transition, production support constraints, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and knowledge capitalization.

Strong practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Solid understanding of integration design principles, data transformation, error handling, monitoring, secure interface development, and performance optimization.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services such as API Gateway, Vault, ATP, APEX, or related services would be an advantage. Leadership and Soft Skills
