- Mobility: Two‑wheeler is mandatory; willingness to travel daily in industrial areas.
- Preferred: Candidates residing near Baddi’s industrial clusters (not compulsory).
- Qualities: Smart, hardworking, career‑oriented, eager to learn, good knowledge of local region/industrial estates. Strong contacts/network in Baddi’s industrial area will be an added advantage.
