We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Content & Social Media Executive to join our team. If you enjoy creating engaging content, have an eye for fashion and aesthetics, and love staying on top of social media trends, we'd love to hear from you.
As a family-owned retail business specializing in sarees, women's wear, men's wear, and textiles, we are looking for someone who can help showcase our products, connect with customers online, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Business.
- Plan, shoot, and publish reels, stories, posts, and promotional content.
- Capture product photos and videos featuring new arrivals, festive collections, styling ideas, and in-store activities.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Write compelling captions and social media copy.
- Stay updated on social media trends and creatively adapt them to our brand.
- Coordinate with store staff and customers during content shoots.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
- Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and customer growth.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and local marketing initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Interest in fashion, retail, and digital content creation.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong creativity and attention to visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable using smartphones and social media platforms for content creation.
- Basic photography and photo/video editing skills preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools is an advantage.
