Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, technically adept Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our clients, the design team, and our production facility. In this role, you won't just be selling aesthetics; you will be selling precision-engineered spaces. You will identify business opportunities, consult with high-end clients, understand their technical project requirements, and present tailored modular and turnkey execution solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Actively identify, target, and pitch to premium residential clients, commercial leads, architects, and real estate developers.
Technical Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their functional needs, technical constraints, and spatial requirements (especially for complex layouts like dual-tone modern modular kitchens and custom furniture).
Site Evaluation & Estimation: Conduct initial site inspections, cross-verify dimensions, and work closely with the design and production teams to prepare accurate, competitive commercial estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Value Engineering Presentation: Confidently present our manufacturing capabilities to clients, explaining how our precision factory machinery and premium material selection deliver superior durability and finish.
Relationship & Contract Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial pitch to closing. Secure formal project agreements, handle initial payment milestones, and ensure smooth transitions to the project execution team.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale communication with clients, reinforcing our high service standards and long-term project warranties to build a strong referral pipeline.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Wood Working Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2C or B2B sales specifically within the interior execution, modular furniture, or building materials industries.
Technical Savvy: Ability to read architectural floor plans, understand modular cabinetry construction, material specifications (e.g., commercial ply, acrylic finishes, hardware systems), and basic estimation.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfort dealing with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Language: Fluency in the local regional language and professional working proficiency in English.
