As a Learning and Development Team Manager at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Audit & Assurance Development CoE. You will be responsible for curating, implementing, and managing best-in-class learning solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our teams in the US and international markets. Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Development CoE team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with US and USI Audit & Assurance Development teams to define and implement learning initiatives aligned to business priorities
- Design, develop, contextualize, and deliver learning solutions, curriculum, and training programs aligned to business outcomes
- Manage mandatory curriculum, program delivery, learner communications, and learning operations across the portfolio
- Evaluate post-course data, compliance metrics, skill gaps, and learning trends to provide insights and dashboards to leadership
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships to support program execution and resource utilization
- Lead team development and coordinate with business stakeholders, learning champions, talent teams, and external partners
The team
The Audit & Assurance Development CoE supports learning strategy, curriculum development, and program delivery for Audit & Assurance professionals. The team works closely with business leaders, talent teams, and learning stakeholders in the US and USI to build learning experiences that support capability development, compliance, and business priorities. This team also supports operational consistency, learner experience, and data-informed decision-making across the learning portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum management, training, or program management
- Experience conducting training needs identification and analysis
- Experience managing vendors and external learning partners
- Experience leading learning programs or projects across US and India stakeholder groups
- Experience using Microsoft Office to prepare reports, presentations, and program documentation
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning programs for audit, assurance, or professional services teams
- Experience using dashboards, post-course data, and program metrics to evaluate learning outcomes
- Experience managing mandatory curriculum or compliance-focused learning programs
- Experience working with business leaders, learning champions, and talent teams across multiple markets
- Experience leading team development or mentoring team members
