GudMed is building an AI-powered Clinical Intelligence & Healthcare Workflow Platform focused on transforming hospital operations, clinical documentation, patient engagement, OPD/IPD workflows, and healthcare digitisation.
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Enterprise Sales & Account Manager to lead hospital partnerships and enterprise sales initiatives across Maharashtra
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to healthcare technology sales, hospital workflows, and enterprise account management, with the ability to engage effectively with doctors, hospital administrators, and leadership teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness
Development & Enterprise Sales
- Identify and develop new hospital and healthcare accounts across Bangalore and Hyderabad
- Generate and manage enterprise healthcare sales pipeline
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and AI workflow discussions
- Engage with doctors, administrators, and hospital leadership teams
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to closure
Account Management
- Manage strategic hospital accounts post-sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Healthcare Workflow Consulting
- Understand hospital workflows and operational challenges
- Position AI-driven healthcare solutions around:
- OPD efficiency
- IPD documentation
- ICU automation
- Doctor productivity
- Patient tracking
- Clinical intelligence
- Hospital operational analytics
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare sales and account management
- Experience selling SaaS, HIS, EMR, healthcare IT, or hospital technology solutions
- Strong ability to interact with doctors and hospital leadership teams
- Understanding of OPD, IPD, and ICU workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
