Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and goal-driven Career Counsellor to support prospective students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, aspirations, and eligibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric mindset, and a drive to achieve high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on academic pathways, career options, and course selections aligned with their goals and interests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide personalized admission guidance.
- Offer accurate and detailed information about courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Prior experience in education counselling or student advisory roles is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
