About the Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive / Care Coordinator to join our Clinical Support team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, ensure smooth communication between patients and medical staff, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for seamless patient care.
Handle patient queries, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy.
Support day-to-day front office and administrative activities.
Ensure a positive patient experience through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3–4 years of experience in Front Office, Care Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹40,000 per month (CTC)
Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year)
Working Hours
Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday Fixed + One Rotational Off between Tuesday and Friday
