Role Purpose:
To act as a strategic HR partner for Corporate office and south sales, driving people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership teams to enhance workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering
- Work closely with corporate functions and south sales regional leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for critical roles.
2. Employee Engagement, Culture and Talent Management
- Design and implement engagement programs tailored for corporate and regional teams.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Identify high-potential employees and support career development plans.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances in the region.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Learning & Development
- Partner with L&D teams to deliver training programs for corporate and sales employees.
- Support leadership development initiatives for regional managers.
6. HR Operations
- Oversee onboarding, exit processes, and HR documentation for the region in partnership with the HR Ops teams.
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, etc.) and present actionable insights to leadership.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 47 years of HR experience, preferably in IT distribution or technology sector.
- Prior experience in HRBP roles handling multi-location teams is desirable.
Travel Requirement
- Moderate travel (1 per quarter) within region for employee engagement and HR interventions.
