About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our Architecture & Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate working drawings, detailed construction drawings, modular furniture drawings, and site measurement documentation for residential, commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Architectural Working Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop accurate Floor Plans, Furniture Layouts, and Space Planning Drawings.
- Create Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, TV Unit, and Custom Furniture Drawings.
- Produce detailed Interior Working Drawings including:
- Ceiling Layouts
- Flooring Layouts
- Electrical Drawings
- Plumbing Drawings
- Elevations & Sections
- Joinery Details
- Conduct and verify Site Measurements and update drawings accordingly.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
- Revise drawings based on client and site feedback.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Architectural and Interior Detailing.
- Knowledge of modular furniture detailing and manufacturing drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to dimensions, specifications, and detailing accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software is an added advantage not mandatory
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Architecture or Interior Design firms preferred.
