We are Hiring Assistant professor in commerce Department
Requirements:
- Deliver lectures for UG/PG programmes (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain course files.
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluate answer scripts, and manage academic records.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and academic activities.
- Participate in department initiatives, seminars, workshops, and institutional committees.
- Support NAAC/NBA-related documentation and accreditation activities.
- Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
- Serve as mentor/class advisor and provide student counselling.
- Assist in admission-related work, exam duty, and tasks assigned by HOD/Management.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Commerce.
- Ph.D./NET/SET preferred (mandatory for self-financed institutions).
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
