Job Description:-
- Design, deploy, and manage high-volume email delivery infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, PTR/rDNS, BIMI, and related DNS records.
- Ensure maximum inbox placement across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Microsoft 365, and other major email providers.
- Monitor sender reputation, IP reputation, spam complaints, bounce rates, and blacklist status.
- Implement IP warming strategies and email deliverability best practices.
- Analyze and resolve delivery issues, spam filtering problems, and reputation-related challenges.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate email systems with applications and APIs.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in email infrastructure and deliverability.
- Strong experience with cloud email platforms such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Brevo, or similar enterprise email delivery services.
- Experience with self-hosted email infrastructure such as PowerMTA, Postal, Postfix, Exim, MailWizz, or equivalent solutions.
- Deep understanding of SMTP protocols, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, feedback loops, reputation management, and inbox placement optimization.
- Experience handling large-scale transactional and bulk email sending environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues across major mailbox providers including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and corporate email systems.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience managing dedicated IPs and domain reputation.
- Knowledge of email compliance standards and anti-spam regulations.
- Familiarity with email analytics, monitoring tools, and deliverability reporting.
Salary:- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000
