SAP Vistex AMS Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex AMS Consultant to provide application support, maintenance, and enhancement services for SAP Vistex solutions. The consultant will be responsible for production support, incident management, defect resolution, configuration changes, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to SLA commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for SAP Vistex solutions.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Configure and support Vistex modules, including Rebates, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Incentives, Royalties, and Pricing Agreements.
- Support end-to-end business processes related to vendor and customer incentive programs.
- Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Work closely with business users, functional teams, ABAP developers, and BASIS teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support integrations between SAP Vistex and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Participate in change management, release management, testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), and production deployments.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and maintain application availability and performance.
Required Skills
- Strong functional experience with SAP Vistex in an AMS/Production Support environment.
- Hands-on experience with Vistex modules such as Rebates, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Royalties, and Incentive Administration.
- Good understanding of pricing, contracts, and rebate management processes.
- Experience integrating SAP Vistex with SAP SD, MM, FI, and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Ability to perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Vistex implementation and AMS support experience.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Vistex implementations.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and interface monitoring is an added advantage.
- SAP Vistex certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL service management processes.
