Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hiring for Digital Marketing, IT Sales, Business Development, content writers, graphic designers, social media specialists, and other IT roles.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
