We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the branding, business development, and marketing activities of our growing interior design and fit-out company.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects
* Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and client relationships
* Manage company branding, social media, website content, and marketing campaigns
* Coordinate with design and sales teams for presentations, proposals, and client meetings
* Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
* Plan marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance
* Organize project photoshoots, portfolio updates, and promotional materials
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing/business development
* Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry preferred
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets
* Good presentation and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
