About the Role
The Scrub Medz is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, resolve queries, assist with orders, and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Guide customers with product selection, sizing, customization, pricing, and order placement.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software or Excel.
- Track orders and provide proactive delivery updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with the management team.
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire buying journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Relations, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
