Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand Zapbytes Technologies’ market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in IT/software services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online research, and lead generation platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in business development or IT/software sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT services is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
