We are looking for a tech-savvy Customer Support & Operations Executive to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools, and thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries through calls, email, chat, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Coordinate order processing and support daily operational activities.
- Work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Utilize AI tools (including ChatGPT) to improve response quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, CRM, or Operations.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ticket management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
