Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica CDI workflows, and Control-M batch jobs.
- Troubleshoot ETL workflow failures and production issues.
- Create and enhance Informatica workflows based on business requirements.
- Develop and modify Control-M jobs and UNIX scripts for automation.
- Support reporting and monitoring activities using Tableau.
- Coordinate production support activities as Shift Lead.
- Ensure timely client deliverables and issue resolution.
- Participate in automation initiatives using batch scripting.
