- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
- 3 years of experience shipping AI products, and in Generative AI, large models, and balancing model quality with cost/benefit tradeoffs.
- Experience in API design (REST/JSON) and industry-specific data standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED) or EHR systems (Epic/Cerner).
- Experience in healthcare (provider/payer/life sciences) within frameworks like HIPAA, GxP.

Ability to drive goals, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy while managing complex cross-functional stakeholders and global launches.

Ability to think strategically with ambiguity, iterating for product-market fit, and presenting to C-suite audiences.

- Define the goal, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade products, including Google Cloud’s Healthcare API, while driving expansion into new global regions.

Lead the design and specification of new features (e.g., FHIR-based APIs, medical imaging) by authoring comprehensive PRDs and identifying key opportunities for growth.

Manage critical relationships with innovative healthcare organizations, participate in executive briefings for C-suite audiences and navigate enterprise readiness or incident response.

Collaborate with cross-functional data science teams to optimize model quality, recommend best practices for labeling, sampling, and AI-driven investigations.

Balance feature requests and project delivery across multiple modalities using frameworks that weigh effort and complexity against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and customer value.
