About the Role
We are seeking a talented BIM Architect with around 2 years of relevant experience
to join our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
developing and managing architectural BIM models, producing construction
documentation, and supporting coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit (or other BIM
- software) from concept through to as-built stages.
- Model with the accurate parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation.
- Prepare 2D drawings, schedules, and details directly from the BIM model.
- Support team for material/quantity take-offs
- Assist in BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants, including participation in clash detection sessions.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
- Support design presentations with model-based visuals, diagrams, and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to implement design changes in the model.
- Maintain model integrity through regular audits and updates.
- Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and best practices to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar
- coordination tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience in working for US projects (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with visualization tools like Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
Familiarity with parametric modeling and creating Revit families.
Understanding of ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
