*Job Summary*
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Engineer – HVAC to join our Application Engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in HVAC system design, estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
The candidate will assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, equipment selection, costing, and basic design support for HVAC and utility systems used in pharmaceutical, commercial, and industrial projects. This position offers excellent learning opportunities in HVAC engineering, project applications, and customer-focused technical solutions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Study customer requirements, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
* Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals for:
* HVAC Systems
* Air Handling Units (AHUs)
* Chillers
* Ventilation Systems
* Ducting Systems
* Cleanroom HVAC Solutions
* Utility Piping and Plumbing Systems
* Support equipment selection and sizing based on project requirements.
* Prepare cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical specifications and quotations.
* Assist in preparing technical data sheets, compliance statements, and proposal documents.
* Support preparation and review of HVAC layouts, duct routing, and utility schematics.
* Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for proposal submissions.
* Participate in client discussions and technical meetings when required.
* Maintain records of quotations, costing data, and vendor information.
* Stay updated with HVAC industry standards and engineering practices.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems and air conditioning principles.
* Knowledge of heat load calculations and ventilation concepts will be an added advantage.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Willingness to learn and grow in HVAC application engineering.
