Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic English Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training students in Spoken English, Communication Skills, Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, and Personality Development.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make learning interactive and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language and spoken English training sessions.
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and pronunciation.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, and mock interviews.
- Help students build confidence and overcome hesitation while speaking English.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct personality development and professional communication sessions.
- Prepare students for interviews, workplace communication, and presentations.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as an English Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication and teaching skills may also apply.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Confident, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
