Position: VMC Machine Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance
Location: Rai industrial area, sonipat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and servicing of VMC machines.
- Breakdown handling and troubleshooting of machine issues.
- Preventive and periodic maintenance of machines.
- Checking machine alignment, lubrication, and electrical systems.
- Repair and replacement of machine spare parts when required.
- Maintaining machine performance and minimizing downtime.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Coordination with production team for smooth machine operation.
- Maintaining maintenance records and reports.
- Ensuring safety standards during maintenance work.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of VMC machine operations and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of PLC, electrical panels, and servo systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine faults quickly.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers.
- CNC/VMC maintenance experience in manufacturing industry.
Salary: As per experience and interview

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
