Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Passed out in 2024, 2025 or 2026 preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery.
- Support maintenance activities in Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Sizing, Utilities, and Electrical systems.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety standards and company policies.
- Learn and develop technical skills related to textile manufacturing operations.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, compressors, and utilities.
- Understanding of mechanical maintenance and electrical circuits.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good communication and learning attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
