Key Requirements:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- At least 3–5 years of experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, and school compliance requirements
- Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the academic and operational functions of the school
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE guidelines and best practices
- Mentor and develop teaching staff to achieve academic excellence
- Drive student performance, discipline, and holistic development
- Strengthen parent-school relationships and community engagement
- Oversee admissions, school development initiatives, and overall institutional growth
