Project Management Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Project Management Consultant to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for our projects. This role will initially be on a contract basis (at least 1 year), project to project, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day coordination of site activities, coordinate and supervise all on-site construction and interior execution activities
- Proper resource planning, site organization, and smooth execution of works from inception to handover.
- Supervise and manage construction workers, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and availability.
- Ensure smooth execution of work as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and act as a key liaison between the firm’s management team and on-site teams.
- Identify site challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to maintain project schedules.
- Read and execute architectural, structural, and service drawings accurately.
Skills we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction and interior execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Experience in site supervision or site management roles
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in Hindi, English and Assamese (preferred).
- Degree in Architecture (preferred)
