Qualifications
- B.A. (English) and M.A. (English) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Classes XI–XII, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature with familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, along with strong communication and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes XI–XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and question papers.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, literature, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in PTMs, school events, meetings, and professional development programmes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
