Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver materials, spare parts, and documents to vendors, customers, and transporters.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Stores teams for material movement.
- Handle courier, parcel, and logistics-related activities.
- Deliver purchase orders, invoices, challans, and other official documents as required.
- Collect materials from suppliers against purchase orders.
- Assist in material dispatch and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain records of outdoor visits, deliveries, and collections.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
- Support stock verification and store activities whenever required.
Skills to have
- Should have experience in experience in Stores, Logistics, Dispatch, or Outdoor Operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
