Studio Eventz is a design-led destination wedding planning and production company headquartered in Jaipur. From our Lalkothi office we cover Rajasthan cities such as Udaipur and Jodhpur, and curate celebrations across India — including Goa, Agra and Mussoorie — as well as the UAE, USA, UK, Thailand and Vietnam. We also design and deliver corporate conferences.
Over 70% of our clients are NRI families planning from the US, UK and the Middle East, which means our planning runs on digital workflows — 3D floor plans, virtual walkthroughs, mood boards, budget trackers and coordinator dashboards. Reliable data is not back-office work here; it is how the client experiences us.
The MIS Manager will own Studio Eventz’s Management Information Systems end to end — tracking every celebration from first enquiry and discovery call through mood board, detailed planning, the big day and post-wedding settlement. In a business where each wedding is effectively its own project P&L running into crores, this role ensures data is accurate, reporting is timely, and the directors always have a clear view of the pipeline, the calendar and the margins.
This role goes beyond execution and focuses on data governance, analysis, reporting structure and team oversight.
Pay: ₹11,146.37 - ₹31,743.27 per month
