Job Title: Student Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and student-friendly Student Counselor to assist prospective and existing students with course selection, career guidance, and the admission process. The role involves interacting with students, understanding their goals, and helping them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on course options, career paths, and program details.
- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules.
- Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Any degree (Freshers can apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in counseling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
