A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in company databases and computer systems. The role requires attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
- Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Generate reports and retrieve information when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Scan, sort, and process documents
- Coordinate with team members and departments for data collection
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
