Franchise Development Executive
About the Role
Dholakia Retail Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and result-oriented Franchise Development Executive to support our expansion initiatives. The role involves engaging with prospective franchise partners, qualifying leads, and coordinating the franchise acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective franchise partners through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Explain the company's franchise opportunity, investment requirements, and business model.
- Qualify and nurture leads to generate franchise opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the Franchise Development team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Industry Background
Retail, Jewellery, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Franchise Sales, or Business Development.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
